1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! We're based in Los Cabos, Mexico, but we're available to travel for destination weddings throughout Mexico and beyond. Whether you're celebrating on a beach, at a vineyard, in a colonial town, or at a luxury resort, we'd love to be part of your story. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session or surprise proposal?

Yes! We'd be happy to help plan your engagement session or surprise proposal. From recommending the perfect location and the best time for beautiful lighting to coordinating the details of the surprise, we're here to make the experience smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable. Whether you're envisioning a simple beach proposal or a romantic luxury setup, we'll help bring your vision to life.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

To secure your date, we require a non-refundable retainer. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on our availability. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and we'll always work with you to find the best possible solution whenever possible.

4. How will I receive my photos?

Your final images will be professionally edited and delivered in a private online gallery. From there, you can easily download your high-resolution photos, share them with loved ones, and relive your memories anytime.

5. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share any inspiration or must-have shots before your session. We'll also guide you with natural posing throughout the experience to create authentic, timeless images that reflect your personality.

7. What time of day do you recommend for a photoshoot?

We highly recommend scheduling your session at sunrise or sunset. These times offer the most beautiful natural light, softer tones, and the best conditions for creating stunning, timeless photographs.

6. How long will it take to receive my final photos?

Delivery time depends on the type of session:

Portrait sessions: 4–6 days

Wedding galleries: 3–4 weeks

Every image is carefully hand-edited to ensure the highest quality.

8. Can you come to our hotel, or do you recommend other locations?

.Yes! We're happy to photograph your session at your hotel or resort. Please note that some properties require an external photographer fee, which is the client's responsibility. If you'd rather avoid those fees, we'd be happy to recommend beautiful beaches and scenic locations around Los Cabos that are perfect for your session.
